1. The "First Word" Rule (1 Minute) Before you check a single text or headline, let God have the first word. Open a Bible app or a physical Bible to a single verse. Read it slowly. Ask, "Lord, what are You saying to me today?" This simple act shifts your focus from the world's noise to God's voice.
