Bible Study: How Do You Start a Daily Bible Quiet Time?

Jun 20
1 min read

You start a daily Bible quiet time by making a simple, honest space to meet with God before the day gets loud. Open your Bible, read a short passage, talk to the Lord about what is on your heart, and let His Word settle your spirit for the day ahead.

“In the morning, Lord, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly” (Psalm 5:3). Morning time with God teaches your heart to begin the day with trust instead of hurry.

“Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path” (Psalm 119:105). You do not need a perfect plan to begin. You just need a willing heart and a few quiet moments to let God guide your next steps.

Even a short quiet time can become a steady rhythm of peace, clarity, and closeness with Jesus.

Father, thank You for meeting me in quiet places. Help me begin each morning with Your Word, Your presence, and a heart that is ready to listen. Lead my steps today and teach me to walk in Your peace. Amen.
