Influencers with millions of followers, once the high priests and priestesses of #WitchTok, are shutting down their tarot businesses, burning their crystals, and announcing to the world that they have found something: or rather Someone: far more powerful.
This is the "Occult to Christ" pipeline, and it’s not just a trend; it’s a spiritual awakening happening in real-time on our screens.
The Weight of Seeking Control
It often starts with a search for peace. In a world that feels increasingly chaotic and unpredictable, the allure of the occult is the promise of control. Whether it’s checking a daily horoscope, pull-ing a tarot card to make a decision, or trying to "manifest" a specific future, these practices offer a sense of agency.
But for many, that search for control eventually turns into a heavy burden.
The "pain point" that most former occultists describe isn't just about theology; it’s about exhaustion. They talk about the anxiety of having to constantly "clear energy," the fear of a bad reading, and the creeping realization that the spiritual doors they opened didn't bring peace: they brought a deepening sense of spiritual bondage. Like the story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, we are called to a life of "No Bowing Down." This means standing firm on the truth of the Gospel even when it feels like the whole world is moving in a different direction.
True spiritual strength isn't found in looking for hidden knowledge; it’s found in trusting the One who knows the end from the beginning.

Recognize the Pressure: Be aware of how "spiritual but not religious" practices can subtly pull you away from the simplicity of Christ.
Trust God’s Timing: You don't need to manifest your future when you know the Father holds your tomorrow.
