A micro-study is an intentional, 5-to-10-minute spiritual exercise focused on one specific biblical truth, allowing for deep growth in short periods. To start your Global Micro-Study today, simply choose one of our “Boundless Daily” posts, read the featured scripture, and invite the Holy Spirit to speak to your specific life situation. This method is designed to make spiritual transformation accessible for everyone, especially those with demanding schedules, physical limitations, or restricted access to traditional church settings.
What Is a Global Micro-Study?
We know life moves fast.
Maybe you’re working the graveyard shift and your "morning" starts when the sun is going down. Maybe you’re a caregiver who rarely gets a moment of silence, or perhaps you’re living in a part of the world where gathering for church isn’t safe or easy.
A micro-study isn't just "skimming" the Bible. It’s about taking a small, powerful truth and letting it sink deep into your soul. Think of it like a concentrated shot of spiritual nutrition. Instead of trying to read three chapters and remembering nothing, we focus on one principle from the Word of God for five to ten minutes.

Why We Grow Better Together
Even though it’s called a "micro-study," the impact is global. When you engage with these posts at Boundless Online Church, you aren't alone. You are joining a global community of believers who are all looking at the same truth at the same time.
Our studies are grounded in the 16 Fundamental Truths of the Assemblies of God. This means you aren't getting just another opinion or a "self-help" tip. You are getting a solid foundation built on the inspired Word of God.
We believe the Bible is our all-sufficient rule for faith and practice. Whether you are in a hospital bed, a breakroom, or a hidden room, the Word of God is active and alive.
Bible Verses to Get You Started
Psalm 119:105: "Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path."
Matthew 4:4: "Jesus answered, 'It is written: "Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God."'"
2 Timothy 3:16: "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness."
The Core of the Matter: Meeting Jesus
Before you can grow in Jesus, you have to know Him. This is the most important step of any study.
The Bible tells us that all of us have sinned and fallen short of God’s glory. But the good news (the Gospel) is that God loved us so much He sent His Son, Jesus, to take the punishment for our sins. He died on a cross, was buried, and rose again on the third day.
If you believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, you will be saved.
Salvation isn't something you earn by being "good enough." It’s a gift. If you’ve never made that decision, you can do it right now, right where you are. Just talk to Him. Tell Him you need Him, you believe in Him, and you want to follow Him.

How to Do Your Daily Micro-Study
Find Your Space: It doesn't have to be a cathedral. It can be a bus seat, a rocking chair, or a quiet corner of a warehouse.
Ask for Help: Say a quick prayer: "Holy Spirit, show me what You want me to see today."
Read the Truth: Take one of our daily blog posts and read the scripture slowly.
Chew on It: What does this say about God? What does it say about you?
Apply It: How can you use this truth in the next hour?
Built for Your Life
We designed the Global Micro-Study specifically for people who are often overlooked by traditional church structures.
For Shift Workers: Your schedule is erratic, but God’s Word is constant. Use your break time to refuel your spirit.
For Caregivers: You spend your day pouring into others. Let these five minutes be a time where God pours back into you.
For the Disabled: If physical attendance is a challenge, know that you are a vital part of this body. Your growth is not limited by your location.
For the Persecuted: We stand with you. These micro-studies are designed to be consumed quickly and kept in your heart where no one can take them away.

Growing in the Spirit
One of our core beliefs is the Baptism in the Holy Spirit. We believe that God wants to empower you to live a life that reflects His love. As you engage in these studies, you aren't just gaining head knowledge. You are inviting the power of the Spirit to change your character and give you the strength to face whatever the day holds.
We also believe in Divine Healing. As you study, we invite you to bring your hurts: physical, emotional, and spiritual: to the Great Physician.
