What to Expect at Prime Time Cruzers
If you’ve been looking for a place where you are seen, known, and valued, the Dining Hall at First Assembly Memphis becomes a hub of joy every third Monday of the month. At 5:30 PM, the doors open to a room filled with the aroma of a delicious home-cooked meal and the sound of multi-generational stories being shared.
The structure of our meetings is simple but intentional:
A Shared Meal: We believe some of the best ministry happens over a dinner plate. Breaking bread together breaks down barriers of isolation.
Musical Inspiration: Each month features special musical guests, ranging from southern gospel to classic hymns, that stir the soul and invite us into a posture of worship.
Genuine Connection: Whether you are coming as a couple or arriving on your own, you are immediately welcomed into the family.

Isolation is one of the greatest challenges facing seniors today. Research consistently shows that meaningful social and spiritual connection leads to better mental health, emotional resilience, and physical well-being. But beyond the health benefits, the Bible tells us that we are part of a Body.
