How Do I Unplug and Find Real Connection in a Digital World? #DigitalSabbath #SoulRest #UnplugToConnect

To find real connection, you must intentionally disconnect from digital noise. By practicing a digital Sabbath—setting a 24-hour window to unplug—you create space to dwell in God's presence and engage in meaningful human relationships. This paradox reveals that limiting technology actually increases your spiritual freedom and peace.
Define your window and commit to a consistent 24-hour period to stop the scroll and silence the alerts.
Replace, don't just remove. Fill the space screen time leaves behind with physical Bible reading, nature walks, and face-to-face community.
“Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)
Heavenly Father, help me to lay down the digital burdens I was never meant to carry. Give me the courage to unplug, the grace to be bored, and the joy of dwelling in Your presence. Amen.
