If Jesus waited on the Spirit to move, how much more should we? This takes the pressure off your shoulders. You don’t have to "manufacture" a healing. You just have to follow Jesus’ lead of dependence. When you pray for someone, or for yourself, you are inviting the Spirit’s work. You are partnering with His compassion. This moves your prayers from independent petitions ("God, please do this") to genuine partnership ("Holy Spirit, have Your way here").
