Hey there. It is Monday, March 9, and I am so glad you’re here starting your week with us.
Whether you are sipping your first cup of coffee before a long shift, checking in from a quiet room at home, or finding a moment of peace in the middle of a busy schedule, welcome. At Boundless Online Church, we are all about helping you meet Jesus and grow in faith right where you are.
Today, we’re diving into something that might sound a little heavy at first, but I promise it is one of the most liberating things you can wrap your mind around. We are looking at "The Final Judgment", which is Truth #15 of the Assemblies of God 16 Fundamental Truths, and how keeping eternity in mind actually makes your daily life better, brighter, and way more purposeful.
What Does "The Final Judgment" Actually Mean?
When we talk about the Final Judgment, it’s easy to get a bit nervous. We see the dramatic imagery in movies or hear intense sermons that make us want to hide under the covers. But if we look at it through the lens of God's Word, it’s about ultimate justice and the setting of all things right.
The Bible tells us that there will be a day when every person will stand before God. For those who have rejected Christ, it is a sober moment of facing the consequences of that choice. But for those of us who follow Jesus, this isn't a day of fear. It’s a day where our lives are seen in full, where our faith is made sight, and where the grace we’ve lived by is fully realized.
Knowing that there is a "destination" to this journey doesn't mean we should just sit around waiting for the end. It means every choice we make right now has a ripple effect into eternity. When we live with the end in mind, the small stuff starts to look small, and the important stuff starts to look essential.

Living Boundlessly in a Finite World
There’s a bit of a paradox in our faith. We serve a Boundless God, yet we live in bodies and on a planet that have clear limits. We have a limited number of days. None of us knows our "expiration date," and while that might sound a bit blunt, it’s actually a massive motivator.
If you knew you had forever to get around to being kind, you’d probably put it off. If you had an infinite amount of time to pursue your calling, you might never start. The fact that our time on earth is finite is what makes our choices so meaningful.
Living boundlessly doesn't mean pretending we have no limits; it means refusing to let those limits stop us from doing what God has called us to do. It’s about conquering those limiting beliefs, the ones that say "I'm not good enough," "It’s too late for me," or "God can't use someone like me." When you have eternity in mind, those voices lose their power.
Your Daily Practice for Eternal Impact
So, how do we actually do this? How do we take a big theological concept like the Final Judgment and turn it into a Monday morning habit?
One of the best ways is to develop a daily system that keeps you focused. At Boundless, we love the idea of a "Daily Top Priority." Instead of a to-do list that’s a mile long, ask yourself: What is the one thing I can do today that has the most eternal value?
Maybe it’s finally having that honest conversation with a friend. Maybe it’s spending ten minutes in prayer for someone who is hurting. Maybe it’s just doing your job with such excellence and integrity that people see Jesus in you.
Another great tool is selecting "Daily Best Self" activities. These are the small actions that keep your heart and mind clear. It could be a short walk, reading a Psalm, or practicing gratitude. When you check in with yourself through gratitude, you aren't just being "positive", you are acknowledging God's hand in your life, which is a very eternal way to look at things.

The Power of 30-Day Cycles
Change doesn't usually happen in a single day. It happens in cycles. If you’re looking to grow in your faith or change a habit, try thinking in 30-day blocks.
Why 30 days? Because it’s long enough to build a rhythm but short enough to keep the finish line in sight. This aligns beautifully with how we grow in faith and discipleship. Whether you are focusing on prayer, studying a specific book of the Bible, or serving your community, give yourself a month to lean into it.
As you go through these cycles, keep that "eternity mindset" as your compass. Ask yourself: Is this 30-day goal helping me become more like Christ? Is it helping me love others better? If the answer is yes, you are on the right track.
Overcoming the "Wait and See" Trap
One of the biggest obstacles to living with eternity in mind is the "wait and see" trap. We think, "I'll get serious about my faith when things settle down," or "I'll start ministry when I have more money/time/knowledge."
But the reality of the Final Judgment reminds us that "later" isn't guaranteed. The time to act is now. This isn't about pressure; it’s about opportunity. It’s about seizing the day because you know the Day is coming.
When we embrace growth as a constant journey, we stop waiting for the "perfect" moment and start using the "right now" moment. Change is not a threat; it’s an opportunity. Every new season, even the hard ones, is a chance for God to do something new in you.

Forging Connections that Last
We weren't meant to do this alone. Living with eternity in mind involves the people around us. Our connections, our shared experiences, and our community are what make this journey beautiful.
Think about the people in your life. Your coworkers, your neighbors, the people you see at the grocery store. Every single one of them has an eternal soul. When we view our relationships through that lens, we treat people differently. We listen longer. We forgive faster. We love more deeply.
If you’re looking for a place to connect and discuss these big ideas with others, we have several groups that would love to have you. From our Bible Study Club to our I'm New Q&A Welcome Center, there is a spot for you here.
A Growth Mindset for the Soul
Continuous learning is a huge part of the Boundless life. Whether it’s exploring mental, emotional, or spiritual dimensions, we should always be reaching for more. God's grace is boundless, so our pursuit of Him should be too.
Don't be afraid to ask the hard questions. "What does it mean to be judged for my works?" "How can I be sure of my salvation?" These are great questions that lead to a deeper, more robust faith. You can find more resources and articles on these topics on our main blog page.
Remember, your potential is only limited by the boundaries you place on yourself. God has called you to a life of purpose, power, and peace.

Moving Forward with Confidence
As you head into the rest of your week, I want you to carry this thought with you: The end of the story is already written, and in Christ, it is a good one.
The Final Judgment isn't a dark cloud hanging over your head; it’s the sun breaking through the trees. It’s the promise that everything you do for the Lord: every hidden act of kindness, every prayer whispered in secret, every moment of faithfulness when no one was watching: it all matters. It all counts.
Live today with eternity in mind. Set your priority, choose your best self, and stay connected to the One who holds the beginning and the end in His hands.
